Rule 111
Court Management Committee

(1) There will be a court management committee in the court to determine the necessary policy regarding the management of physical resources of the court and subordinate courts and to monitor the implementation of such policy.
(2) The constitution of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) Judges of the Court designated by the Chief Justice – President (b) such other Judges of the Court as may be required by the Chief Justice -Members (c) Chief Registrar – Member (d) Registrar – Member (e) Joint Registrar appointed by the Chief Registrar – Member – Secretary (3) In the meeting of the committee according to sub-rule (1), the relevant department heads and branch heads can be invited.
(4) The work, duties and rights of the committee under sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) To determine standards for the construction of buildings and residential houses for courts and subordinate courts,
(b) Determining the policy regarding the construction, maintenance, improvement and protection of physical infrastructure and physical resources of courts and subordinate courts,
(c)    prescribing policies regarding the security of courts, judges, employees and court users,
(d) Determining the policy of allocating the budget available to the court and mobilizing resources.
